Frequently Asked Questions
You may still have questions — here are a few of the most common.
Is this medical advice or care coordination with my doctors?
No. All services are strictly non-medical. My role is to help you manage the life side of cancer — the organization, planning, and decision-support that often fall outside your medical team’s scope. I help you stay informed, prepared, and confident, but I don’t offer medical or clinical guidance.
Can family members join a session?
Yes. Caregivers or close family members are welcome to join if it helps with planning, communication, or shared responsibilities. We’ll discuss who should attend before your session.
How do payments and scheduling work?
All sessions and packages are booked and paid for securely online. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and intake form right after scheduling.
Who do you work with?
I support both patients and caregivers — anyone navigating the logistical and emotional demands of cancer. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in active treatment, or rebuilding post-treatment, our work is tailored to your unique situation.
What happens after my Cancer Journey Framework Session?
After your session, you’ll receive your personalized written Action Plan summarizing key priorities, decisions, and next steps. We’ll review it together to confirm it feels realistic and clear. From there, you can decide whether you’d like continued guidance through one of the monthly support packages — or move forward independently with the plan we’ve built.
What if I’m not sure which option fits my situation?
That’s completely okay — most people aren’t. You can book a complimentary 20-minute Intro Chat so we can talk through where you are and what would help most right now.
How do I get started?
Begin with the Cancer Journey Framework Session — a one-time, 90-minute session designed to help you create clarity and an organized plan. You’ll receive your written Action Plan within 24 hours. Many clients choose to continue with a monthly package for ongoing structure and accountability, but even one session will leave you with a clear, confident plan to follow.
Are sessions virtual or in-person?
All sessions are virtual via Zoom, so you can access support wherever you are. This format offers flexibility, privacy, and convenience for clients across the U.S. and internationally.
Can I pause or cancel ongoing support?
Yes. Monthly support can be paused or adjusted at any time. Your plan is designed to evolve with your needs, so you never pay for support you don’t need.
I’ll personally respond within 24 hours to help you take your next calm, confident step forward.
You don’t have to do this alone — and you don’t have to decide everything right now.
I’ll personally respond within 24 hours to help you take the next confident step.
