Your Support Will Evolve

Your journey will change, and your support should too. My packages are designed to be flexible. Many clients start with the Advocate or Guardian package during the intensive "crisis" phase and later step down to the Navigator package for long-term, "steady" support. We will regularly review your needs to ensure you are always on the right plan.

What is a 'Structured Unload' session?

This is our foundational first session. It’s a confidential space for you to share all your worries, questions, and to-do lists. We then sort through it all and collaboratively pick the top 2-3 most urgent priorities, turning your overwhelm into a clear, actionable plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my needs don't seem to fit one of the packages perfectly?

That is exactly why we start with a conversation. The packages are a foundation, not a rigid box. The services listed are common examples of our work, but your support will be tailored to the unique 'Action Plan' we build together. If you need a different mix of services, we will discuss it and create a plan that's the right fit for you.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. All my support packages are month-to-month. While I recommend an initial 3-month commitment to build a strong system, you are not locked in. This is a partnership, and you can decide what works best for you.

Your role is "non-medical." What does that mean?

It means I am not a doctor, nurse, or therapist and I provide no medical advice. My role is to be your logistical, organizational, and research partner. I manage the project of cancer (the schedules, the paperwork, the resource-finding) so you can focus on your medical care and healing.

Why a monthly package?

A monthly retainer allows me to be your dedicated partner. It means I am always available for you between our calls for email support or proactive check-ins (depending on your tier) without you ever having to "watch a clock." It ensures I am a consistent, reliable part of your support system.
